1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PulseMatch ("the App"), a dating and social networking mobile application. By creating an account, you agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

To use PulseMatch, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the App under applicable laws
• Not have been previously banned from PulseMatch

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

3.2 Account Verification

We may verify your identity and information. Providing false information may result in account suspension or termination.

4. User Conduct

4.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use PulseMatch in a respectful and lawful manner. You will NOT:

• Harass, bully, stalk, or threaten other users
• Post offensive, discriminatory, or hateful content
• Share sexually explicit content without consent
• Impersonate others or create fake profiles
• Spam, solicit, or promote commercial activities
• Share contact information of others without permission
• Use the App for illegal activities
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the App
• Use automated systems (bots) to access the App

4.2 Content Guidelines

All content you share (photos, messages, live streams) must:

• Be appropriate and not violate community standards
• Not infringe on intellectual property rights
• Not contain malware or harmful code
• Comply with all applicable laws

5. Content Ownership and License

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you post. However, by posting content, you grant PulseMatch a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App.

5.2 Our Content

All App content, features, and functionality (including design, text, graphics, logos) are owned by PulseMatch and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

6. Virtual Currency and Purchases

6.1 In-App Purchases

PulseMatch offers virtual currency ("Coins") and premium features for purchase. All purchases are:

• Processed through Google Play
• Final and non-refundable (except as required by law)
• Subject to Google Play's terms and conditions

6.2 Virtual Gifts

Virtual gifts have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Coins and gifts are forfeited upon account deletion.

7. Live Streaming

When using live streaming features:

• You must comply with all content guidelines
• We may monitor and record streams for safety purposes
• We reserve the right to terminate streams that violate our policies
• You are responsible for content shared during your streams

8. Privacy and Data

Your use of PulseMatch is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and use your data as described in that policy.

9. Safety and Reporting

9.1 User Safety

While we strive to provide a safe environment, we cannot guarantee the conduct of other users. You are responsible for your own safety when:

• Interacting with other users
• Sharing personal information
• Meeting users in person

9.2 Reporting

If you encounter inappropriate behavior or content, please report it immediately through the App's reporting features.

10. Account Termination

10.1 By You

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon deletion, your data will be removed as described in our Privacy Policy.

10.2 By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Pose a risk to other users or the App
• Remain inactive for an extended period

11. Disclaimers

PulseMatch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• That you will find a match or relationship
• The accuracy of user profiles or information
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• That the App will meet your specific requirements

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PulseMatch and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Damages arising from user conduct or content
• Damages from unauthorized access to your account

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PulseMatch harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another user
• Content you post or share

14. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Modifications to the App

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue features
• Change pricing for premium features
• Update the App's functionality
• Suspend the App for maintenance

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.

17. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with PulseMatch:

• Contact us first to resolve the issue informally
• If unresolved, disputes may be subject to arbitration
• You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PulseMatch regarding use of the App.
